1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin for rounded rolls.
2. Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, sugar, and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead lightly with your hands for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
3. Shape the Rolls
Divide the dough into 6–8 equal pieces and roll into balls. Place on your prepared pan or in muffin tin cups.
4. Brush & Bake
Brush the tops with a bit of olive oil. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
