Classic Condensed Milk Cake
A soft, moist, buttery cake that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8 or 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until combined.
- Pour into pan and bake for 30–35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
