Creamy 3-ingredient dessert

Step 1 – Melt the Chocolate

  1. Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Microwave in 20-second intervals (stirring between each) or melt over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Let it cool slightly for 3–4 minutes.

Step 2 – Whip the Cream

  1. In a large chilled mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping until smooth and thick but still fluffy.

Step 3 – Combine

  1. Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the cream mixture while beating on low speed.
  2. Mix until fully combined and silky.
  3. Spoon into serving cups or small jars.

Step 4 – Chill & Serve

  1. Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until cold and set.
  2. Serve chilled — creamy, dreamy, and utterly irresistible.
