Step 1 – Melt the Chocolate
- Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals (stirring between each) or melt over a double boiler until smooth.
- Let it cool slightly for 3–4 minutes.
Step 2 – Whip the Cream
- In a large chilled mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream.
- Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping until smooth and thick but still fluffy.
Step 3 – Combine
- Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the cream mixture while beating on low speed.
- Mix until fully combined and silky.
- Spoon into serving cups or small jars.
Step 4 – Chill & Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until cold and set.
- Serve chilled — creamy, dreamy, and utterly irresistible.
Optional Toppings
- Fresh berries or fruit puree
- Chocolate shavings or crushed cookies
- Caramel or strawberry sauce drizzle
- A sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon
Tips
- For a chocolate version, replace white chocolate with dark chocolate.
- For a lemony twist, add 1 tbsp lemon zest and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Freeze leftovers for an hour to enjoy as a semi-frozen mousse.
