2 cans Mexicorn

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Mexicorn, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Green onions & cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
