Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain, rinse with cold water, and let it cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Dressing (If Homemade)
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan, anchovies (if using), Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add Caesar dressing and toss until everything is coated.
Step 4: Add Toppings
- Sprinkle croutons and shaved Parmesan on top just before serving for extra crunch.
