Ingredients (9-inch springform pan)

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt

For the Filling:

  • 2 packs (16 oz / 450g) light cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (for fluffiness)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for brightness)
