- 8 oz (about 2 cups) pasta (elbow, rotini, or shells work great)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese or sour cream
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
