Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

A one-pan wonder packed with ground beef, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and pasta in a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 8 oz (about 2 cups) pasta (elbow, rotini, or shells work great)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese or sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped pickles, green onions, or extra cheese
