Ingredients (Makes 12 cups):
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing wrappers)
- Optional garnish: chopped chives, more bacon, or a thin jalapeño slice
