Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 cup warm water
- Optional: 2 drops tea tree oil (antifungal)
Instructions:
- In a bowl or basin, mix warm water with the apple cider vinegar.
- Add baking soda slowly (it will fizz).
- Add tea tree oil if using, and stir well.
- Soak the affected nail(s) for 15-20 minutes.
- Dry thoroughly and don’t rinse.
- Repeat twice daily (morning and evening).
Why it works: Apple cider vinegar kills fungus by altering pH, while baking soda prevents the fungus from spreading.
