Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
