Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthy twist)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (any kind you like)
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: mashed banana, chopped nuts, berries, or chocolate chips
