- Mix It Up:
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves (about 1–2 mins). Stir in the cream, vanilla, and salt. - Chill:
Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) — cold base = creamier ice cream. - Churn:
Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (usually 20–25 mins). - Freeze:
Scoop the churned ice cream into a container and freeze for 2–4 hours to firm up.
