This classic stir-fry is ready in under 30 minutes and works great with rice, noodles, or on its own for a low-carb option. The sauce is savory with a hint of sweetness and garlic-ginger warmth.

Ingredients:

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup water or beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (to thicken sauce)
