Ingredients

For the Fritters:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional but cozy!)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled, diced apples (like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • Olive oil spray or parchment liners

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
