Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

Imagine freshly baked breadsticks filled generously with seasoned, thinly sliced steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and meltingly creamy provolone cheese. Crispy on the outside, cheesy, tender, and juicy on the inside—this is comfort food elevated!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into small strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8–10 slices Provolone cheese, cut into halves
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
