- 1 (14.5 oz/410 g) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (15 oz/425 g) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz/425 g) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz/425 g) can corn kernels, drained
- 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
