Ingredients

For the Ribs:

  • Pork ribs: 2 racks (about 4 pounds)
  • Brown sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)
  • Paprika: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1/4 cup (60ml)
  • BBQ sauce: 1 cup (240ml)

For the Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken wings: 2 pounds (900g), split into drumettes and flats
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Hot sauce: 2 tablespoons (optional)

For the French Fries:

  • Potatoes: 4 large, peeled and cut into fries
  • Vegetable oil: For frying
  • Salt: To taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup (100g) (optional)
  • Chopped green onions or chives: For garnish (optional)
  • Bacon bits: 1/4 cup (optional)

For the Onion Rings:

  • Onions: 2 large, sliced into rings
  • All-purpose flour: 1 cup (125g)
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Milk: 1 cup (240ml)
  • Breadcrumbs: 2 cups (240g)
  • Vegetable oil: For frying
