- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Hot sauce: 2 tablespoons (optional)
For the French Fries:
- Potatoes: 4 large, peeled and cut into fries
- Vegetable oil: For frying
