* Honey: 1 tsp (6g)

* Charcoal powder or squid ink: 1 tsp (3g)

* Water: 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp (190ml)

* Unsalted butter: 2.5 tbsp (35g)

* Salt: 1¼ tsp (7g)

Pistachio Cream Cheese Filling

* Cream cheese: 1/4 cup (60g)

* Granulated sugar: 2 tbsp (25g)

* Pistachio paste: 1.5 tbsp (20g)

* Whipping cream: 3/4 cup (180g)
