Golden, Crispy Chicken + Creamy, Cheesy Macaroni = Pure Comfort Bliss

Ingredients (Serves 6)

For the Crispy Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into strips or chunks
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or 1 egg, beaten with ¼ cup milk)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying or spray for air frying

For the Mac & Cheese:

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (or any pasta shape you like)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk (preferably whole milk or 2%)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup marinara sauce (for swirling in or drizzling on top)
