- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

For the Marsala Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Marsala wine
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream (optional for creamier sauce)
