Crack Cake is a semi-homemade dessert known for its ultra-moist texture and buttery, cinnamon-sugar flavor. It gets its name because it’s so easy to make and hard to stop eating once you start!
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup white wine (or substitute with milk or apple juice for non-alcoholic version)
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
