Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
For the Carne Asada:
- 1½ to 2 lbs flank steak or skirt steak
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 small white onion, finely diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges
- Optional: Salsa verde, guacamole, or pickled jalapeños
