Berry Puff Pastry Tart – A Patriotic Dessert

Flaky golden crust, creamy filling, and bright red and blue berries – festive, fresh, and fabulous!

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional, for whipped version)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: raspberriesblackberries, or mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 tbsp honey or apricot jam, warmed (for glaze)
