Golden-fried chicken tossed in a sweet chili garlic glaze with a kick — seriously addictive!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Crispy Chicken:
- 1½ lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2Â eggs, beaten
- Oil, for frying
For the Dragon Glaze:
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat level)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional but amazing)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
