TACO STUFFED SHELLS

Jumbo pasta shells filled with seasoned taco beef and cheese, smothered in salsa, and baked until bubbly — a fusion dish the whole table will love!

Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

For the Shells:

  • 20–24 jumbo pasta shells (boiled until al dente, drained)

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese (optional for creamy filling)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Bake:

  • 1 ½ cups salsa or taco sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping)
  • Optional: sliced black olives, jalapeños, green onions, or cilantro
