  • 2 lobster tails (or 1 cup cooked lobster meat)

  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning

For the Pasta & Sauce:

  • 8 oz fettuccine, linguine, or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat
