Step 1: Whip the Cream
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form (about 2 minutes).
Step 2: Add the Good Stuff
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
- Mix just until smooth and creamy. The lemon juice will slightly thicken the cream into a mousse-like texture.
Step 3: Assemble & Chill (Optional)
- Serve immediately in small glasses, cups, or jars.
- For layered desserts: alternate spoonfuls of lemon cream with cookie or graham cracker crumbs.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon, zest, or fresh berries.
Pro Tips:
- You can chill it for 15–30 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture
- Add crushed meringue or toasted coconut on top for extra flair
