Pineapple Cake Bars

For the Cake Bars:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice – do not drain
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Glaze or Frosting:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp pineapple juice or milk
  • Optional: 2 oz cream cheese for a richer topping
