Ingredients (for 1–2 servings):
- 2–3 dried bay leaves
- 4–6 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- Optional: a slice of fresh ginger or a stick of cinnamon
- Optional: honey or lemon juice for flavor
Instructions:
- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the bay leaves and cloves (plus ginger or cinnamon if using).
- Reduce heat and simmer for 7–10 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired and drink warm.
How to Use It:
- Drink once daily, ideally in the morning or after a meal.
- For detox, try it for 7 days, then take a short break before repeating.
Caution:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding? Consult a healthcare provider first.
- Too strong? Reduce cloves to 3 and bay leaves to 1 at first.
