- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (or Dijon)
