Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

A moist, tender meatloaf loaded with flavor and topped with a sweet tomato glaze—just like Cracker Barrel’s!

Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20 is ideal)
  • ¾ cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 18 crackers)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (or Dijon)
