For the Dough:

- ½ cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup ice water (plus more as needed)
- 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced (optional)

- ¼ cup tomato sauce or 2 tbsp tomato paste + splash of water
