Ingredients

Serves 2 generously (can easily be doubled)

For the Seafood:

  • 2 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), split in half lengthwise
  • 8 sea scallops, patted dry
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for searing)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
