Remove tartar from your teeth and whiten them with this simple recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (3% solution)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (optional for added antibacterial benefit)
  • A few drops of peppermint essential oil (optional, for fresh breath)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide until it forms a paste.
  2. Add coconut oil and peppermint oil, if using.
  3. Dip your toothbrush into the paste and gently brush your teeth for about 2 minutes, focusing on areas with tartar buildup or staining.
  4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
  5. Repeat 2–3 times a week, not daily (too much baking soda can wear enamel).
