Manicotti with 3-Cheese Filling

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into a piping bag or a large resealable plastic bag with one corner snipped off. Alternatively, you can use a spoon to fill the manicotti tubes.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Carefully fill each manicotti tube with the cheese mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.
  1. Once all the manicotti are filled and arranged in the baking dish, spoon the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the top, covering the manicotti completely.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the sauce.
  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
  4. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  5. Once done, remove the manicotti from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.

Enjoy your delicious Manicotti with 3-Cheese Filling! It’s a comforting and satisfying meal that’s perfect for any occasion.
