Ingredients:

For the Edible Cookie Dough:

  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) milk
  • 1 ¼ cups (150 g) all-purpose flour, heat-treated*
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) salt
  • ½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Bark:

  • 12 oz (340 g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
  • 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, chopped (optional, for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips, for topping

*Heat-treat the flour to make it safe for consumption by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
