Air Fryer Flatbread

Making Air Fryer Flatbread is a fantastic way to enjoy fresh, homemade bread with minimal effort. This recipe yields soft, fluffy flatbread that’s perfect for serving with dips, as a base for pizzas, or as a side with your favorite meals. Here’s how to make it:

Air Fryer Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional toppings: garlic butter, herbs, cheese, etc.

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little more yogurt; if it’s too wet, add a bit more flour.
  3. Knead the Dough:
    • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Rest the Dough:
    • Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Shape the Flatbreads
