Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, bacon, and shredded mozzarella.
- Mix until evenly coated.
Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
- Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle (about 3 inches wide).
- Place 1 mozzarella ball/cube in the center.
- Add 1 tablespoon of buffalo chicken bacon mixture on top.
- Fold the dough edges around the filling, pinching to seal, forming a ball.
Step 3: Season the Tops
- Place bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 5: Serve
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

- Add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce to the melted butter for extra heat.
- Use crescent roll dough or puff pastry instead of biscuits for a flakier crust.
- Substitute shredded rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
