Ingredients (Makes 12 Bombs)
For the Filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 tbsp buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Bombs:
- 12 mozzarella balls or 12 small cubes of mozzarella (about 1-inch each)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (12 pieces)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish (Optional):
- Extra buffalo sauce drizzle
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
- Chopped parsley or green onions
