Crispy, Cheesy, and Totally Addictive
Cheese-filled tortellini gets coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and crisped to perfection in the air fryer. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping, and they’ll disappear fast!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 10 oz (about 2½ cups) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
