- Peel of 1 organic lemon
- Peel of 1 organic cucumber
- 1 teaspoon dried pomegranate peel or a few fresh pieces (optional but powerful)
- 2 cups water
- 1 stick cinnamon (or 1 tsp powder)
- 1 slice ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (added after brewing)
How to Make It:
- Wash all peels thoroughly.
- Add the peels, cinnamon, and ginger to 2 cups of boiling water.
