Healing Peel Tea (Supports Blood Pressure, Sugar Cellular Health)

  • Peel of 1 organic lemon
  • Peel of 1 organic cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon dried pomegranate peel or a few fresh pieces (optional but powerful)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon (or 1 tsp powder)
  • 1 slice ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (added after brewing)

How to Make It:

  1. Wash all peels thoroughly.
  2. Add the peels, cinnamon, and ginger to 2 cups of boiling water.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
