- In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add bay leaves, cloves, ginger, and turmeric.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from heat, strain into a cup.
- Add lemon juice, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using).
- Stir well and drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
How to Use:
- Drink 1 cup per day for 7–10 days straight, then take a break.
