Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 2 salmon fillets (skin removed)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes for heat
Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine, spaghetti, or your favorite pasta
- ¼ cup reserved pasta water
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
