Ingredients

For the Chicken Bombs:

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 4 sticks (or thick slices) low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices thin-cut bacon (optional, but highly recommended )
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
