Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for added depth)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (adds umami)
