For the Cake:

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional garnish)
  • Fresh berries (optional garnish)
