Understanding Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of prosciutto (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  4. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down gently, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Repeat with the second tortilla.
