Here are some delicious and simple recipes that use mozzarella cheese slices as a key ingredient!

1. Mozzarella and Tomato Basil Panini

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for grilling)
  • Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Lay two slices of bread on a clean surface.
  2. Add two slices of mozzarella cheese on each piece of bread.
