EASY PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLIDERS

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the thinly sliced steak until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit of oil if needed, and sauté the thinly sliced onion and green bell pepper until they are tender.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish. Spread half of the prepared spread over the bottom layer of the rolls.
  6. Layer Ingredients: Layer the cooked steak over the spread, followed by the sautéed onions and peppers. Place a slice of provolone cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Top with Rolls: Place the top half of the slider rolls over the cheese layer.
  8. Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  9. Serve: Remove from the oven, and carefully cut the sliders along the lines of the rolls. Serve warm and enjoy your easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders!
