1. Prepare the Pan
- Line a small square pan (8×8 inch works great) with parchment paper.
- Lightly grease with butter or coconut oil so the fudge lifts easily later.
2. Melt the Chocolate Base
- In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals (stirring between each) until smooth and fully melted.
- Alternatively, use a double boiler for gentle melting.
3. Add Bananas & Flavor
- Stir in the mashed bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until silky and lump-free.
4. Pour & Set
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with your favorite toppings (nuts, coconut, or extra chocolate).
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
Tips & Variations
- For a nutty twist, swirl in 2 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter before chilling.
- For extra banana flavor, fold in thin banana slices before pouring into the pan.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
