No-Bake Banana Chocolate Fudge

1. Prepare the Pan

  • Line a small square pan (8×8 inch works great) with parchment paper.
  • Lightly grease with butter or coconut oil so the fudge lifts easily later.

2. Melt the Chocolate Base

  • In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals (stirring between each) until smooth and fully melted.
  • Alternatively, use a double boiler for gentle melting.

3. Add Bananas & Flavor

  • Stir in the mashed bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Mix well until silky and lump-free.

4. Pour & Set

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle with your favorite toppings (nuts, coconut, or extra chocolate).

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
  • Slice into squares and enjoy!

Tips & Variations

  • For a nutty twist, swirl in 2 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter before chilling.
  • For extra banana flavor, fold in thin banana slices before pouring into the pan.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
