Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
For the Stuffed Shells:
- 16–18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat (drained if canned)
- 1½ cups ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 green onion, chopped
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg
For Topping:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
