SHRIMP AND CRAB STUFFED SHELLS WITH ALFREDO SAUCE

Jumbo pasta shells filled with a luxurious mix of shrimp, crab, ricotta, and herbs — all baked under a blanket of creamy Alfredo sauce and melty cheese.

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

For the Stuffed Shells:

  • 16–18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (drained if canned)
  • 1½ cups ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 green onion, chopped

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg

For Topping:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
